ARCHITECTURAL STYLES
A variety of building types will be intermixed throughout Indigo Dunes, ranging from single-family homes to luxury apartments, carriage houses to high rise condominium residences.
Inspired by the rich tradition of classic seaside architecture, each building will reflect influences from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean while also drawing upon the historical architecture that evolved in Virginia Beach. These include such features as functional porches, louvered shutters, deep overhangs, exposed trusses and rafter tails and colonnades. All will contribute to the comfort and ease of coastal living.
Housing Options
Within the community of Indigo Dunes, there will be a series of smaller neighborhoods, special places and unique addresses. Some are focused around public spaces, others frame water views through the site or provide access to the waterfront along Pleasure House Creek. Singles, couples and families can select from a range of home types varying in size and price to match different lifestyles.
