THE PLAN

Within the community of Indigo Dunes, there are a series of smaller neighborhoods, special places and unique addresses. One can find a variety of home types ranging in size and price to match different lifestyles. Some of these places are focused upon public spaces that relate to and enhance the existing surrounding neighborhood. Others frame water views through the site or provide access to the waterfront. Still others are places more internal to the Indigo Dunes community, places not immediately apparent from the outside, places meant to be discovered.
